Prateek and Anamika Love Story

2 years before

When I (Prateek) was in 1st year of my Btech CSE. I used to think that I came in the university just for studies.

“Par mujhe kya pata tha ki pyar ho jaye ga”

One of my subject was History and cultural of Punjab. Students from BCA and Btech opted this subject.

Even on the first day of class I saw a girl of BCA first year. She was very beautiful. One week passed away and I don’t even know the name of that girl. One day she seat in the same row where I was sitting. When the attendance sheet came to her.

“Mere dimag mein idea aaya”

Aur jab attendance sheet mere pass aayi aur meine nichay se 6 students ginay and 7th name was her “Anamika Sharma”.

That day I was very happy I can’t even explain.

After the university I went home, open my facebook id and search for her, I sent her friend request. After  three days she accepted my request.

“Aap ko sach baat kahu toh mujhe nahi lagta tha ki wo meri friend request accept karegi”

One day she was online on fb and I sent her message.

Prateek: hi!!!

“after around 15 mints she replied ”

Anamika: hi

Prateek: Kaisay ho aap

Anamika: fine and u

Prateek: fine

“mujhe toh baat hi nahi sujh rahi thi ki kya kahu”

Prateek: kya aap mujhse dosti karogai

Anamika: hum frnds hi toh hai tabhi toh aap meri frnd list mein ho.

Prateek: I mean ki kya mein aap ko university mein bula sakta hu. I mean face to face baat kar saktay hai?

Anamika: hanji , but if you find me alone.

Prateek: par aap toh hamesha 3 or 4 frnds k sath hotay ho

Anamika: aap mujhe us din bula lena jab mujhe akelay dekh lo.

Prateek: ok chalo….. bye……. I have to go for dinner….. bye take care

Mujhe around two weeks ho gaye university jatay huay but whenever I saw her she was with her friends.

Ek din Anamika department ki taraf aa rahi thi and I was standing near the dept. office.

“jaisay hi wo aayi

Prateek: hi, Anamika

Anamika: hi

Prateek: kya hum do min baat kar saktay hai.

Anamika: hanji daso

“mujhe toh koi baat hi nahi sooj rahi thi ki kya kahu”

Prateek: padai kaisi chal rahi hai.

Anamika: achi chal rahi hai aur aap ki?

Prateek: thik hai…… waisay aap kaha se belong kartay ho?

Anamika: surat

Prateek: phir yaha par hostel mein rehtay ho ya PG?

Anamika: mein apne dada aur dadi k yaha rehti hu.

Prateek: ok

“es k baad bhi mujhe nahi aa raha tha ki mein usse aur kya puchu”

“1 min mein usay dekhta raha bina palak jhapkaye”

Anamika: hanji kya hua?

“Us din k baad hum kai baar milay”

Around 2 months k baad meine socha ki Anamika ko propose kar du. Par himat nahi ho rahi thi.

Mere yaar doston ne mujhe kafi motivate kiya. Keh dai aaj yaar……. Kahi koi aur na usay keh daye tujhse pehlay……bhai aaj propose kar hi de bhabhi ko…..koi baat nahi dekha jaye ga yaar keh de aaj.

Us din wo apni frnd k sath thi aur dept. se bahar aa rahi thi mein usay kaha excuse me Anamika, kya mein aap se 5 min baat kar sakta hu. Usnay kaha hanji bolo.

Prateek: kahi baith kar baat kartay hai.

Hum dono parking mein hi bath gaye.

Prateek: aap se kuch kehna hai mujhe.

“Anamika smile kar rahi thi mujhe pata tha ki wo samaj gayi hai ki mein kya kehna chahta hu”

Anamika: hanji bolo

Prateek: I like you Anamika, I really love you.

Anamika: mein aap ko kabhi us najar se nahi dekha. Mein aap ki feelings ki respect karti hu but sorry I can’t. mein relationships k chakar mein nahi panda chahti.

Prateek: mein aap se bagut pyar karta hu. Aap ko bahut kush rakhu ga.

Anamika: sorry Prateek g. I really sorry.

Yeh keh kar wo jaanay lagi.

Prateek: Anamika meri baat suno plz.

Anamika: hanji

Prateek: plz kabhi bhi aap jab meri taraf dekho toh muh mat fer lena. Bas ek baar smile kar dena. Mein etnay mein hi kush hu.

“agar aap kush ho toh mein bhi kush hu”.

By saying this we both left.

One day one of my friend saw Anamika with someone else and he called me and said that she was with someone. Next day when I went to university.

Prateek: Anamika I want to talk to you.

Anamika: hanji

Prateek: are you committed?

After some time she replied yes I m.

Anamika: sorry. But meine aap ko koi hope mein bhi toh nahi rakha tha.

Prateek: ok. Es mein aap ki koi galti nahi hai galti toh meri hai ki mein aap se pyar kar baitha.

“Phir mein janay laga aur mud kar kaha : agar wo ladka aap ko kabhi dokha bhi de de toh ek baar keh dena. I will accept you even then becoz I really love you.

Anamika: I m really sorry yaar. I m really really sorry.

Prateek: no need to say sorry. Galti aap ki nahi hai. Agar aap se 20 log pyar kartay hai, eska matlab yeh toh nahi hai na ki aap sab ko yes kar do gai. Mein bhi un mein se hi ek hu jo aap ko pyar karta hai, aur kabhi ab kisi aur ko nahi kar sakta.

Prateek: bye. Bhagwan aap k face pe hamesha smile banaye rakhay.

Anamika: thanx Prateek. Hum hamesha friends rahey gaye.

This is my last conversation with her. Now every day we meet in university she just pass smile to me and me too. But we never talk.

Instead, he had her say she loved him, felt her hug one last time, then had her wear his helmet so she would live even though it meant he would die.

• Me and my boyfriend were out to dinner and there was an older couple sitting near us.
• All of a sudden I heard the older man say "Remember when we were like that?" I looked at my boyfriend and we laughed and giggled.
• When I turned back around, my boyfriend had a ring in his hand, and said "I can't wait until we're like that!"

On facebook we chat with our lovers then we come closer
As we showing our feelings
We don't manipulate them except in some case.
So on my behalf it was good to be in love with someone with your feelings

How is sexual harassment defined? Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination.The legal definition of sexual harassment is "unwelcome verbal, visual, or physical conduct of a sexual nature that is severe or pervasive and affects working conditions or creates a hostile work environment."

Who can be victim of sexual harassment? The victim can be any gender. The harasser can be any gender. The harasser does not have to be of the opposite sex. Everyone should know their legal rights when it comes to sexual harassment. Unlawful sexual harassment may occur without economic injury to or discharge of the victim. The harasser's conduct must be unwelcome.

What are the Legally Recognized Types of Sexual Harassment? There are two types of sexual harassment that are legally recognized. Quid pro quo sexual harassment occurs when an employee gets on the promotion track or even gets to keep his/her job is based on if the employee submitted to or rejected sexual advances or other types of inappropriate sexual comments.This type of sexual harassment occurs when a co-worker or supervisor in the workplace makes sexual advances or comments to an employee that, while not affecting promotions or the future of the employee's job, makes the working environment of the employee offensive and hostile.

What are my rights if I am sexually harassed? Tell the offender you find their conduct offensive. Inform your employer that you are being sexually harassed and follow the company policy on sexual harassment. Also, you may want to seek the advice of attorney. If your employer fails to take the proper corrective action you must file a complaint with the Equal Employrment Commission (EEOC). A EEOC complaint must be filed before you can file a law suit.

How is a hostile work environment defined? It occurs when unwelcome conduct has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual's work performance, creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive working environment.

When should you report sexual harassment? If the conduct is severe enough that it occurred only once, may warrant reporting. If the conduct is less severe, but occurred over an extended period of time, that too may be sufficient. However, you should always inform the harasser the you find the conduct offensive.

How can a victim be harassed at work by a non-employee? Employers may be responsible for the sexual harassment of a non-employee if the employer or supervisor knew or should have known of the harassment, failed to take immediate and appropriate action, and had some degree of control over the non-employee.

Rejected right over the edge

Yes, that is right. I finally had a major mental breakdown. Complete with a visit to a psychiatrists office with follow-up visits scheduled. All because I tried to force men who did not want me, to want me which set myself up for rejection and when the 4th one rejected me, it was more than my heart, soul and mind could bare and I lost it. Now, I am truly on the road to a recovery but this time with the tools I need which really gives me hope. My hope is that we discover why I have this bottomless pit of hunger for being loved by a man and how to fill that hole with whatever needs to be there. I really am hoping to find out how to have a positive and long lasting relationship or how to live a fulfilled life without one. Whichever way God wants it, I need to be prepared to handle it and right now, I am not, I realize that I am not and am very willing to try to figure all of this out. Wish me luck.
